That's totally fine! Just because you're taking a break doesn't mean you can't still learn. If you're dedicated to Chemistry and you're ready, then wait until 2025 to apply for the M.Sc. Just be sure to review your fundamentals before any entrance exams, and admission interviews. Most universities will take your life experience into account, so check and revise the prerequisites before applying. Some institutions will ask about this break from education, so be honest about why you took a break and be confident that you took the time for solid reasons.
