If you are talking about B.Sc. chemistry (Honours) admission in University of Delhi and similar central universities, there are no last year question papers as the admissions in B.Sc. Chemistry Honours are usually based on merit, i.e., your aggregate percentage in physics, chemistry and mathematics (PCM).

However, if you are talking about past year papers of a particular semester in Chemistry Honours, do let me know clearly in comments.
