The cut off could be very unpredictable, it increases every 12 months. But be organized for 85+ percentile in forums, it truly is the minimal rating!!!

FIRST seat gets reserved at 94% or something. So considering all odds, reservations be nicely organized with a nice consequences! Add +5 % to remaining year's cut off.. That a great deal would be the max rating you could predict as your cut off.
