Agra College is considered as an average College or a normal college. Neither it is bad nor so good according to me.

Its Degree valve is same as that of a Local College.

There is no problem in having your Bachelors from Agra College and then try to prepare yourself for Other High preferred colleges . When you will be going for the interviews then they will see your current College not the previous one. 

So have your Bachelor with good Percentage and then Go for the Entrance Exams for Masters degree.
