RIMS is Rajiv Gandhi Institute of medical sciences.

apparently eligibility is 12th for bsc nursing in that college. there is no necessity of NEET it seems.

so make sure you have good 12th mark. then go to the college directly and ask for admission. moving through online might be troublesome as there will be lots of application in online. so better go directly. you will mostly get admission in a week or 2.
