If by GVMC you meant Government Vellore Medical College which is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai then it doesn't offer BSc Nursing,

generally speaking the eligibility criteria for BSc Nursing is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects securing 45% aggregate or above depending on the college, admission process may be done through entrance test such as NEET/AIIMS BSc Nursing/Indian Army Bsc Nursing etc, or it can be done based on the merit of the qualifying examination,

Eligibility of 40- 50% aggregate is needed from Class 12th standard in any Govt. or private Institutions

MBBS, MD and MS courses are offered in GVMC.

You can apply in enlisted College after 12th for B.Sc nursing.
