After BSc Nursing you cannot independently open a clinic, you need to appoint a qualified doctor only after that you can assist the patients, anybody can open a clinic in this way.

As a nurse you can open a nursing home with services like wound dressing, preparing IVs, draw blood, give injections, taking vital signs, etc.
