No, you can not open a Medical store after passing BSc Nursing because a Pharmacist License is required to open a medical store or Pharmacy .For this, you must have done Diploma or degree in pharmacy.

You can open a medical store wholesale / retail if you have a Degree or Diploma in pharmacy from an AICTE, PCI approved and UGC recognized institute.
