Hello

Here’s details of BSc Physics (Hons) admissions :

1. CUET UG – Many central universities (like DU) require CUET scores. Applications open in February, exams in May and admissions in July.

2. University Specific Exams – Some universities conduct their own entrance tests ( BHU UET, Jadavpur University). Dates vary usually between April and June.

3. Merit Based Admissions – Colleges like Christ University and St. Xavier’s admit students based on Class 12 marks. Applications usually start in May-June.

4. Private Universities – Institutes like LPU and Amity conduct their own entrance tests with rolling admissions.

5. Eligibility – Candidates need 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry and Math) , with a minimum of 50%-75% aggregate depending on the university.

Hope this gives you the clarity you need.
