No, there aren't any Engineering colleges offering admission in B.tech based on merit 10+2.There are colleges which offers admission based on JEE Main score which are called B-category seats such as CBIT, Vasavi.You need to appear in EAMCET or JEE Main and get good rank.You need to appear in any of these entrance exam or join under management quota.
