No, you can't even compare both the degrees, the btech degree is comprised of technology and its applications, but on the other hand MBA degree teaches one to apply business and management principles in the carrer you're interested, MBA students get a good knowledge of leadership roles and managerial roles, you can't compare both the degrees, but if you want to continue with MBA after your btech then it would be great option, if you're interested in learning management and business roles, by this you can actually do better in the multinational companies those require someone with technical skills and as well as with managerial skills.
