Hello,

To get admission in btech, you do not need to qualify neet exam, as the exam for admission in engineering is JEE mains and JEE advanced, also there is different eligibility criteria of every college, so you might get admission in btech on the basis of your 12th marks, or on the basis of their own entrance exam, or also on the basis of Your JEE main marks, so it differs from college to college, and you don't need to qualify NEET exam to get Admission in btech course, NEET is basically the entrance exam for Admission in Medical courses.
