Both courses are good. If you are looking for research oriented perspective then B.Sc. will be good for you. It will take only three year. After that you can go for Masters Programme. It will cost you less than B.Tech. Currently there are very huge slow down in engineering sector. However if you succeed to pursue engineering from any good college then it will be good. Otherwise go for B.Sc.
