Yes you can refer AIPMT Previous year paper. For Biology, 2012-2018 NEET/AIPMT questions are sufficient. There is absolutely no harm in doing pre 2010 questions for Physics and Chemistry.

Physics - 2005-2018 NEET/AIPMT Question Papers

Chemistry-
Inorganic - 2012-2018 (as question comes only from NCERT)

Physical - 2005-2018 (perhaps a 2005 or 2006 Equilibrium question was repeated in 2017)

Organic - 2010-2018

Biology - 2012-2018
