Yes can apply if you are in waiting for results of 12th.

• The candidates who are still in the final year of their qualifying examination or are waiting for the result are eligible to apply for admission.
• They can provide the original mark sheets after or at the end of the admission process.
• If a candidate fails to provide the mark sheets, then their application form will be cancelled.
