Yes you can do diploma after failing 12th on the basis of 10th marks only if you had science and maths in 10th but you will be doing that for 3 years then get admission in 2nd year of college then it will take another 3 years to get a degree the better solution will be give 12th exam again next year and on the basis of that join a college
