Hi Kartik

Candidates appearing for 10+2 exam or equivalent are eligible for applying for NCHMCT JEE.

It is compulsory for candidates to have English as one of their subjects in 12th standard. English should be the subject of study and it is compulsory for the candidates to pass in it.

The application fee for general category students is rs.800 and that for SC, ST is Rs.400 . Yes you are eligible for the exam as you have passed in English in your 12th standard.
