Though you haven't mentioned your Entrance exam name but I am assuming  that your appeared exam is NEET PG . As per your AIR rank , You have less chances to get your desire specialization  in any medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh as per previous year cut off trends after round 2 , but you may get OBG(Obstetrics and Gynaecology) seat with your rank in the following colleges outside Andhra Pradesh.

• DMIMSU - Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences (Wardha)
• Vinayaka Missions Medical College, Karaikal(Pondicherry)
• Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana(Ambala) and others

But remember , on the basis of seat availability and some other factors ... every year's cut off for NEET PG may vary  .
