No, third year students cannot apply for PGET. Eligibility criteria of PGET says that the students who have passed their bachelor's degree in engineering/ technology/pharmacy/architecture from a recognized university can apply for PGET. And the final year students and those who have qualified GATE/GPAt will be eligible to write the exam. Visit here for more information:
