Hello.
If we go with eligibility criteria for JLEE exam then it states that a candidate must have passed his/ her diploma course with minimum 45% from any polytechnic institute affiliated to state counselling technical education (SCTE), Assam. Only permanent residence of Assam can apply for this exam as you did your BSc physics Honours so you are not eligible for this.
