Dear Dishant, SBI PO mandates tjat you should be a graduate in any discipline or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government to be eligible for applying for its PO posts. For RBI grade B General positions, you should have a minimum aggregate of 60% in your 10th, 12th and Bachelor's degree. So for both examinations, a Bachelor's degree is mandatory. However, CA candidates can apply for SBI PO.
