There a slight changes you cant study 2 regualr courses at the same time..but you can do distance eductaion ie one regualar course and one distance course .

No a candidate cannot apply for two courses at a time but few colleges give intergrated courses where the combine the subject of two different streams so you can do only one degree at a time
