First of all, I would like to tell you that Sonography is a process of looking at the fetus in utero to determine gender and other physical characteristics. It is a medical procedure that uses high-frequency sound waves (ultrasound) to produce dynamic visual images of organs, tissues or blood flow inside the body.

Really sorry to say that you cannot pursue sonography if you have take a commerce stream in your 12th class. Because the eligibility criteria for the admission in sonography is that you have passed 12th with the science stream with 50% marks minimum. And than you'll need to have a bachelor's degree and so on.
