As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from any university established under the act passed by the Parliament of India or State legislature. So after Completing your B.Com, you can appear for the examination. If you are from general category, your age must be within 21 to 32 years as on August 1 of the examination year.
