can a Delhi student (sc category)get admission in another state if it's Mark are around 500 and can't get any seat in delhi?

With a Score of 500 in NEET, being from SC Category, you may have moderate chances in securing a seat in Medical Colleges under IPU in Delhi under 85% State Quota, however you may have low chances as far as Medical Colleges under DU are concerned.
