Hello,

No, Diploma in Elementary Education is teacher's training program for a duration of two years, you can be eligible to apply in the final year (but not in the first year) provided you can show the proof of passing the qualifying examination within the stipulated timeframe as mentioned, for instance you are allowed to apply in CTET if you're in final year of DElEd.
