For BTech Computer Science programme you must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:

Passed Class 12 or any other equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45 percent marks.

You should  have taken Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in Class 12 can also apply for BTech Computer Science entrance examinations.
