Dear Sachin, to teach in a Medical College, you should have had a minimum of Ph.D in the respective subject according to the rules of MCI. And also the Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience out of which atleast 5 years have been as an Assistant Professor. And for the role of a Lecturer, a minimum of 3 years of experience is required in teaching.
