Looks a lot difficult in 2nd round itself.. Since cutoffs have went high by almost 50-60 marks in Maharashtra state which was such a drastic change. This year government colleges as of now after the first list have ended up around 550 marks and may max to max come around 535/540 in 2nd and 3rd lists for the general category students. But under SEBC you might have a slight chance to make it through the counselling process and get a government college not in Mumbai for sure but yes mostly in some of the regions of Vidarbha or Marathwada.
