Yes candidates from other states can apply for MHT CET exam and get admission in  Mumbai colleges . However, students who does not belong to Maharashtra will only be considered for private colleges. So you will not be eligible to get admission in any of the government or government aided colleges in the state. If you have a valid score in JEE Main paper 1 , you may use that too.
