See if you are applying for Biology related subject then you can obviously go for it. As per the official eligibility criteria for the students of Central and state boards:

• Should have passed 10+2 level with science stream in 2020 or 2021

• Candidates should qualify the cut off marks which are yet to be announced by the authorities.

As there are no such specification for subject combination then you can apply but its for sure that you won't be able to go for subjects such as Physics or Mathematics.
