A PCM student can apply for CPMT if and only if he clears the 12th biology exam with a minimum of 50% marks.

It is clearly mentioned in the eligibility criteria that Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry , Biology and English subjects in Higher Secondary Classes.

If you are  very determined for the CPMT exam you can give Biology Exam along with your other exams.

A student needs to study biology in 12th to pursue career in Medical field.
