Hey Akshita.

Yes, a person who is currently in 3rd year of graduation can take the DU LLB entrance exam if it is the final year of your graduation. According to the eligibility criteria of DU LLb you need a minimum aggregate of 50% in your graduation degree to be Eligible. Hence you need to score this minimum aggregate after you complete your degree even if your result comes after the DU LLB exam.
