The academic qualifications required for the Air wing and Air force is different

• For Army wing, candidates must have passed Class 12/HSC
• For Air Force and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of Indian Naval Academy, candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics

As per the NDA Eligibility criteria, a candidate must have passed 12th class from any recognized board or university, to apply for army wing of NDA.

For Air force and naval wing, the candidate must have passed 12th class from any recognized board or university with physics and mathematics as main subjects.
