Yes, a student can prepare for CS exams along with B.COM. Every year a lot of students opt of CA or CS along with their graduation programme. 

There is one benefit of doing both together is that a huge part of course structure of CS or CS do matches with the course structure of B.COM. So it will help you a lot.
