Hello there,

Hope you are doing well,

Yes you can drop the course to start your MBBS but there are different rules in different colleges for seat cancellation. In some colleges if you have paid the full fees and not started classes for that particular course then you might get full fees refund or only some percentage will be deducted from the fees. In some colleges you need to pay the full amount of fees for 6 years for seat cancellation since that particular seat will be wasted after your cancellation so colleges might ask for the full fees. There are colleges which only charges fees of that particular year. So you need to contact your college for this matter and ask about the cancellation procedure since all the colleges and universities has different rules. You can show them your admission proof as a reason for cancellation that might help you in this process.
