Are you asking about recruitment to PSUs through GATE? The only PSU with an option for Aeronautical Engg/Aerospace Engg is DRDO. Unfortunately application for recruitment through GATE at DRDO closed on January 5, 2018.

Please check the list of PSUs and the disciplines involved, from the below link
