Yeah definitely you should start your preparation from Class 11th onwards infact more before as well because you are going to prepare for the one of the world's toughest exam which is called as IIT-JEE inorder to enter into the elite institutes of India. Eventhough some students have started the preparation from Class 9th onwards for securing there rank under the good range. So inorder to compete with the those students you have to be tough enough with your preparation such that you can able to get the good rank in both the JEE mains and Advance.

Yes, why not? i mean if you can then you should.The more early you will start preparing the more it will benefit you.Start preparing from mains paper first.But one thing i suggest you is that in that process don't forget to pay attention on your class 11th and 12th studies and do keep in mind that it is also equally important.

If you want to solve questions of JEE mains and JEE advanced then you should have knowledge of 11th and 12th class as syllabus for JEE mains and advance comprises of 11th and 12th subjects.i hope this information helps you.
