It is very low score to get admission in any good college for mtech officially. But you can get the admission is some of the good private colleges by unofficially ( means donations).

It will not possible to get into some college with gate score of 5 marks . At least you have to qualify the gate exam which will be around 19 to 29 marks based on your caste and reservation.
