Hello,

No you cannot write either TS EAMCET or AP EAMCET because the eligibility criteria states that Candidate must have passed or appeared in the final year of class 12 or its equivalent examination from Board of Intermediate Education Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh. Please click the below link to know more
