Can admissions still be open for those who are interested because they could not attend the counciling due to their severe medical problems

Hi there. 

I'm assuming that you are talking about the NEET examinations. 

In order to avail a seat during all India quota counselling or state counselling, the eligible student must be present there with all the necessary documents. 

In case of absence of the physical presence of student, the seat is given to the student who is present and eligible for it. 

Hence, if you couldn't attend the counselling due to whatsoever reasons, and if the admission process is closed now, it wouldn't start only for you.
