If you are a PCMB ie physics chemistry mathematics and biology student then you can opt for NEET.
As NEET considers only your PCB subjects and not mathematics.
And if you are a PCM student then you cannot appear for NEET.
Only PCB student can appear.

It depends which one is the optional subject. If Mathematics is the optional one then you are eligible for NEET UG 2019, but if Biology is the optional one, then i am sorry to say that you won’t be eligible for the NEET 2019 exam.

As in your case, Mathematics is the optional subject so, yes you are eligible for NEET 2019.
