can an ece student apply to icrb(isro) under computer science stream if he/she has B.E. in ece and M.E. in CS?

ISRO releases notification every year for the post of Scientist C/Engineer where the most of the vacancies are for the Mechanical, Electrical and CS graduates. So if you do so then you will have good chance to apply for the ISRO and if you acquire good knowledge then you can obviously crack the ISRO examination and can fulfil your dream of working there.
