Dear Shah
Any college won't terminate you but they'll detain you what that means is suppose you're in 2nd semester and you have 5 subjects. Each subject will have 5 credits. So in order to get eligible for 3rd semester you need to score at least 20 credits. Otherwise they'll detain you.. And you need to repeat the entire process by paying the whole semester fee.
