See, any thing can happen depending on the situation but as of now the chances of cancellation of JEE and NEET is unlikely.
National Testing Agency has made it clear that it will conduct the exams as per the schedule and Center government is in favor of NTA so at this point of time it's really chaos going on.
Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has asserted that the decision to hold NEET, JEE Main 2020 exams was due to "constant pressure from parents and students".
So, as you can understand that many are in favor of conducting of exam and many are against.
So, nothing can be said, online protests are going on the final decision is confusing .Although NTA has clearly said that they will conduct the exams on date and Supreme Court has also said that exams should be conducted so i request you to keep preparing considering the current date and schedule.

No the JEE/NEET exam can not be cancelled after issuing the admit card . Also the supreme court has decided that the JEE and NEET will be held on 1-6 sept and on 13th sept 2020.

Any competitive exam will not be cancelled after issuing admit card  unless its a very very bad  situation like natural calamity out of control or world war etc

The exams won't be cancelled further , so please don't fall into rumors.
