Hello,

There is no free exit option if you have already accepted a college option. If you have not accepted then you can reject it and go for other option or process for admission.

if you reject a college option which you have accepted then you have to pay penalty as per rule and inform college authority for the same.

College can't make a free exit option as they will lose profit and seats will be left empty just because student got a better option. They run a business which brings profit and paid as a salary.
