Two months might be a very short time to prepare for the vast and expansive portion of the JEE entrance exam. However, nothing is impossible if you have the intent, dedication, perseverance to achieve something.
You will have to cover the whole syllabus of 11th as well as 12th standard along with the extra portion too. However, you can also try to cut short and focus more on the important and more scoring topics and obtain perfection in them. This will help you to build a strong foundation and confidence in those topics and then you would be able to easily answer any questions related to it. More importantly, solve as many questions as you can be it previous year too as it will give you more and more confidence
