hey,

the exam pattern of JEE advanced 2020 is , mode of exam will be computer based , there will be two paper - paper 1 and paper 2, consisting of physics , chemistry and mathematics  , there will be two types  multiple choice questions  first one is who has single correct answer and other one has multiple correct answer.and numerical value answer

jee advanced exam pattern paper 1 -

1. there will be 4 questions which have single correct option  , for every correct answer +3 will be awarded , no marks will be given if you do not select any option, +3 will be awarded of all the four options are correct but only three options are chosen , +2 will be awarded if three or more options are correct but only two options are chosen both of which are correct options  , +1 will be awarded if two or more options are correct but only one option is chosen and it is a correct option and  -1 will be awarded in all other cases , maximum marks for this section is 12

2, there will be 8 question who has multiple correct options . +4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer , rest marking is same as of single correct option questions , this section will of maximum 32 marks .

3. there will be 6 numerical value answer based questions  , +3 will be awarded fo each correct answer , 0 in all other cases and this section will contain total marks of 18.

Hello,
Candidates will have to attempt two compulsory papers of JEE Advanced 2020 - Paper I and II.
Each paper will 3 hours long in duration (4 hours for PWD candidates). There will only one slot for each paper.

Jee Advanced 2020 will consist of the following types of questions
For paper 1
  • One or more option (s) is correct 8 ques
  • Single correct choice - 4 question
  • Numerical Value Answer 6 question

For paper 2
  • One or more correct options - 8 question
  • Numerical value answer - 6 question
  • List match sets - 2 sets
