Yes, you can get admission at MIT WPU for BSC Computer Science after the MHTCET results are out. You can apply for the college by DTE counselling process and can get admission in the college on the basis of your MHTCET scores and the merit list accordingly. Moreover, there is also an institutional round for MIT WPU, so check that out too.
