I am not eligible for NIT as I dont have enough Mark's in my 12th board exam

You will easily get a seat in some top NITs. Don't worry. 465 rank in SC is too good to grab you a seat.

See with this score u won't be able to bag a seat in the good govt college like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses. U should be going for other good colleges like LPU , MANIPAL , SRM , KIIT , DU , etc which will give you admission on the basis of ur jee mains marks and also provide u some kind of concession in fees structure or any kind of scholarship.
